I recommend watching the movie, "Seven Pounds", because its a really touching movie. I don't think many people in this world are willing to be such good, nice, kind and helpful of a person to others.

Meaningful story line! Worth watching!

New Year Countdown to 2010 At Genting Highlands

My GF and I waited outside of the park from 9:30PM (31-Dec-2009) all the way until 12:30AM (1-Jan-2010)! Man, it was freezing cold! But it was a good experience since it was our first time counting down to New Year in Genting Highlands (6000 ft. above) :)

This afternoon, we watched the animated movie, "Up". It was quite an interesting story and it would be more fun if you just leave out the logical thinking, chuck it aside and just be entertained :D

Its cute, funny, creative and colorful!

Another good production from Pixar that deserves an 8 out of 10 rating from me :-)

Jan 2009: Lost my spectacles in the Seremban 2 Swimming Pool wash room.
Jan 2009: My car's gear box got damaged. Costed me RM1xxx worth of repair!
Feb 2009: My car's wheel cap got stolen by some moron (for the second time!) at the carpark of my workplace.
Apr 2009: Lost my Touch-n-Go card. Good thing there wasn't much credit left.
Jul 2009: My car skidded and swirled 450 degrees anti clockwise. Thank God I am still alive!
Oct 2009: My car's back right side tail light was smashed. Thanks to the stupid bus driver at the company's carpark area.

Its 1:36AM right now. I just returned home right after watching the movie "Avatar" with my GF.

My expectations of this movie was set to a high level after hearing friends positive comments, feedbacks and recommendations to watch this movie.

This movie, did not fail to meet my expectations. I love it!

Very good story line, visual effects, computer graphics animations, as well as beautiful lightings and colors from the plants/trees/animals/insects from the movie!

After the movie ended, I walked out of the cinema feeling as if I had bluey-purplish skin color :D

10 out of 10 rating from me for a really good movie!

Imagine, the whole world has been infested with zombies. Imagine a world torn apart by furious monstrous beings roaming around the streets attacking and eating anything that has fresh that is alive.

Such of a story is depicted in the movie which I watched last night, which was called, "Zombieland".

This movie wasn't that amazing or anywhear near the word "good" at all. It started of pretty good but ended like a total flop!

It was really crappy and lame in the middle of the movie. But I'll give it credits for an original story line and also good visuals (zombie appearances, movie scenes, etc).

6 out of 10 rating from me.

I watched this movie, "Lakeview Terrace" last week, and I must say that this is quite an interesting movie. Imagine yourself having a neighbor who is a cop, and who constantly watches you for the sake of "safety". Well, in this movie, too much "safety" can cause much harm.

Love thy neighbor just as you love yourself!

But how can we love such neighbor (Samuel. L Jackson) if he is such a hardy neighbor?

7 out of 10 rating from me. The ending of the movie got a little too hasty and uh... predictable. But oh well, interesting story though! :D

The movie, "Yes Man", that was released on the big screens last year 2008, is one of my favourite movies. I can clearly recall watching this movie last year but could not recall much about the story of the movie.

In fact, I just finished watching this movie (for the second time) a few minutes ago. Even though, I rougly knew what the story was about, I felt that this movie was really entertaining and motivating.

It teaches one to think come out of one's comfort zone and just be POSITIVE! It is really amazing how things can work out well if we think POSITIVELY! ;-)

I love this movie, 10 out of 10 for the good story line and also for the good commedy!

Last night, Sat 26-Dec-2009, 2 of my friends and I wanted to watched this movie called, "Bodyguards And Assasins". In MBO these days, its parking area is packed with cars! I guess most people choose to watch movie in MBO (as the variety of movies are better than in TGV Seremban Jusco).

No tickets available on Saturday night; so we purchased tickets for Sunday afternoon instead.

The whole movie lasted for a duration of 140 minutes. This story is more on the China's revolution. Funny thing was, there were so many HK celebrities in this movie but all of them were just 'keh-leh-fei' actors haha! The main roles were played by unknown actor/actresses instead.

I'll rate this movie 7 out of 10 for good story line and some pretty entertaining fight scenes.

Dad brought back home a few DVDs. One of them (the one we chose to watch), was called, "Damage" staring WWE superstar Steve Austin (a.k.a Stone Cold).

Well this movie wasn't so much about wrestling. But it was more to the street fighting kinda thing.

The movie was quite good, lots of punching here and there..
(Warning: This movie is a violent movie! And its not suitable for kids!)

How was it?

It was quite a good movie. It was those action packed martial arts kinda movie with lots of slashing here and there.. blood oozing out from every parts of the body here and there... blood blood blood... cut and chop and slice and slash... good effects with the metal blade shurikens... Wow superb! lolz..

The movie was quite good, thrilling, but however, some of the scenes from the movie was rather... disturbing!

Its an interesting movie, but I am doubtful that its based on a true story.

I just arrived back in Seremban (back from PJ) about an hour ago.

It was a really good weekend. 3 days of holiday is always better than the usual Saturday+Sunday weekend.

Here was what I did over the long weekend:

29-Aug-2009: Arrived at PJ on Saturday afternoon.
29-Aug-2009: Went to Petaling Street for lunch (Beef noodles).
29-Aug-2009: Went to Low Yatt, browsed and window shopped for gadgets and handphones.
30-Aug-2009: Went for a morning hike up the steep hills at Taman Tun Dr. Ismail area around 8:30AM.
30-Aug-2009: Went for breakfast (Indian food) at Taman Tun Dr. Ismail area.
30-Aug-2009: Went out to Puchong to meet up with my pal, Malcolm (Marcweizer).
30-Aug-2009: Dim sum lunch at Puchong area. Thanks Malcolm for the treat!
30-Aug-2009: Went to Mid Valley, walked around, window shopped, minor shopping.
30-Aug-2009: Had dinner at Nandos, Mid Valley
30-Aug-2009: Back to PJ. Took a stroll along the park at BU area. Got some free fireworks show from one of the neighbors.
31-Aug-2009: Had lunch at Pasta Zanmai, Sunway Pyramid. Met up with good ol' pals, Malcolm, Wei Yih, Lai and Ah Kai
31-Aug-2009: Had Baskin Robin's (double scoop ice-cream).
31-Aug-2009: Got myself a new pair of running shoes (New Balance lightweight 903) at the New Balance store at Sunway Pyramid (finally!).
31-Aug-2009: Dinner back at home (BU).
31-Aug-2009: Returned to Seremban. Home sweet home, but I'm missing someone dearly :-(

Back to work tomorrow! Hope everything goes on smoothly and hopefully I'll get the reply from the company!

This afternoon, I had a job interview with one of a well known company. Thank God, everything went smoothly. The interviewers were really friendly. They talked casually and even joked from time to time. That really made me more confident and comfortable while talking to them. I was captivated after knowing the job scope which was described to me by the interviewers. I hope to get this job.

Today, 22 June 2009, when I just returned from work, my mum said to me, "Look over there, at that corner...".

I was trying to figure out what was it that she wanted me to see..

The puppy is a female, 1 month and 4 days old :)

This morning, I just read this news article (link http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2009/6/3/nation/4027176&sec=nation) and its about a teacher who lost RM138,000 due to believing that she was actually helping a widow, by the alias of Mrs. M Sulak.

How DUMB can this person be??

Haven't he/she heard of the Nigerian Scam?

It has been around the internet since 10 years ago..

Gosh this teacher is really foolish and gullible!

I even received such emails before about 5 years ago, it was a little boy who mentioned to me that he had lots of money in his bank and was requesting of me to transfer that huge amount of money into my bank account temporarily. When I googled the boy's name, I found that his name was one of the alias names listed in the Nigerian Scam blacklist. And surprisingly, when I replied the person's email requesting to describe the story in detail, the scammer actually did reply me!

McDonald's Drive Thru

Yesterday, while I was browsing the images taken with my phone camera, I found a couple of photos (I actually forgot that I've taken these photos) taken while I was at the McDonald's Drive Thru at Senawang (the one next to Giant Supermarket).

Time photos were taken: 1-May-2009, 2:26PM (Friday - Labour Day public holiday)
Location: Senawang, Negeri Sembilan
Reason I was there: I need food!

If you observe any McDonald's outlets which have drive thrus, you'll notice that the number of cars queueing up are 'horrendous'!

In April 2009, I was a McDonald's drive thru Centre Point outlet. When I arrived, there weren't many cars. Not even 5 minutes, there were already 10 cars right behind mine! Crazy!

Ok, back to my story at the Senawang outlet, the photo below was taken while I was queing up at the drive thru. It was a really long queue. As I was queuing up, I was observing around, looking at the hungry people waiting patiently in their cars, queuing up. The McDonald's truck carrying a huge load of food had caught my attention.

The truck had a huge navy blue background with a huge photo of a huge gigantic burger with huge gigantic fries!

I think the truck was pretty cool as it was like some sort of mobile menu on the road. Haha!

Out of the gigantic burger, came out boxes! :P

Since over a month ago, I've been desiring to get an electric shaver...

I have not used one nor bought one before..

I did a Google search and found out that electric shavers usually come in 2 basic head types:

Foil
Rotary

Today, 2-May-2009 Saturday, I finally bought an electric shaver..

The shaver I bought was a Philips HQ40 model (not really a new model) and it is a rotary type. Costed me about RM69; pretty reasonable price for me.

Its not really heavy, and it fits onto the palm pretty well..

I am very pleased with my new purchase today as it was able to give a very clean shave :-)

The movie was not bad..

Above average kinda movie..

We enjoyed the movie and its story line :-)

Just yesterday, Saturday (25-Apr-2009), I watched horror movie, "The Uninvited"

This movie has a good story line, good suspense, moderate thrills..

At least this movie doesn't have any cheap-fake thrills.. :)

Good thrills, good casts, interesting storyline, however, predictable ending :P

This movie gets a 7 of 10 rating from me.

Another one good movie produced by Michael Bay!

I recommend to you, the movie, "Friday the 13th"!

Jason Voorhees is BACK!

Amed with a razor-sharp machete...

The infamous masked killer who haunts and hunts those who invades his territory!

Maximum thrill from beginning to the end! Lots of cuts-blood! *Phew*

Good sound effects, casts, and visual effects!

This movie gets a 8 of 10 rating from me.

Two thumbs up!

To the right from where I sat, was a beautiful view of the sky...

Have you ever felt so pissed about how time flies? Have you felt that time passed extremely fast when you're off the working hours.. superbly slow when it is during working hours!

For a moment its 8:43pm, the next minute it is 9:30pm, then 10:49pm, and then 11:35pm... and now... 12:18am... What the heck?!?!

Damn it! I just wished that the company that I am working at would burn down overnight while everyone is soundly asleep at home!

While I was there, I spotted a cute little white puppy running around the beach.

It belonged to a little girl from Java (Indonesia).

Returned With A Heavy Heart

I have just returned from Singapore today 3:15PM. Overall, our trip was great and smooth sailing :)

We really enjoyed the 78 hours stay in Singapore; food was good, people were all pleasant and friendly, MRT service was easily accessible and efficient, brightly lit streets and malls - *kinda missed those right now*

However, the constant enjoyment for the past 3 days had somehow created in me a burdensome heavy heart. Being apart from her all of a sudden is unbearable :-( The thought of going back to my sad working life this coming Monday is another nightmare for me!

Thanks for your spontaneous prayer :) I must say that it is a really good and effective prayer indeed! I appreciate your kind thoughts :)

The beach here is really awesome, the tides are really strong.
Strong enough for water surfing!

Sadly, the shore of this beach is very dirty.
While I was there, I noticed there were lots of plastic bags and wrappers all over the shore.

To the right side of this photo, that huge and long thing, is actually a surf board which was put up for rent.

I'm Suffocating... I Want OUT

Have you ever been so sick tired of your current job because of:

Working like mad dog, but no promotions.
No credit given by the management for your hard efforts and contributions to the company. Instead, they claim that you are not doing your work, not working hard enough and going back "not late enough".
Pay cuts, no increments, no annual bonus, no half yearly incentive bonus, no monthly allowance.
Everyone just dumps all their so-called "work-related-problems" to you and expects you to find a solution for them and they also expect you to solve it A.S.A.P (in other words, doing other people's work - non value added job). All those ungrateful mules can do, is just inform their bosses that they have done their part and they are waiting for you to solve their mess for them. And once you have solved their problems, credit goes to them, but not you! (just as item #2 above).
You have a boss who doesn't give shit on how you are doing in your working life, how you are coping, or even that you have been working like a mad dog (this is a repeat of item #1 above)
You feel you can't grow further in terms of your career life.
You no longer have passion in the job that you do.
Every working day is just another crappy day for you.
You go to work each morning, feeling reluctant, and you can hardly even smile or cheer up. Even if you try to tell yourself, "Hey, everything will be fine today".. it doesn't seem to work.

And if you experience all the reasons above (well even if you have 75% of the reasons above), then, welcome to my club..

After working for 2 years and 5 months, I'm finally feel really sick and tired of my job..

Oh my gosh, it is really killing me! :-(

Last Tuesday, 24 March 2009, I felt really depressed at work. I thought I was having "Post-Monday-Blues" but in fact, I felt this heavy burden at heart and I was literally suffocating and felt as though I could not draw air into my lungs.

Feeling so frusted, I SMS 2 friends of mine and told them how sick and tired I was at my current job and told them to help me ask around to see if their companies have any job vacancies.

All I want is an EXIT from my current job and a new ENTRANCE to a new job.

As the saying goes...
"You love a company and work as hard as possible for it, but the company does not even love you at all.."

I have already submitted my resume and have been doing extensive job searching on the web for the past 3 weeks.

Please, please, I want OUT..

Hike Up Gunung Angsi @ 7-Mar-2009

On 7th March 2009, I've successfully made it up to the peak of Gunung Angsi together with 25 other hikers.

We started our hike at 8:15am. The grounds were damp due to the rain from the past few days. The weather was gloomy; dark and cloudy.

We reached the peak at 11:45am. We rested and had our little snacks (recharged) before we hiked back downhill.

12:35pm was the time we started moving downhill. The sky got dark at around 4pm; surprisingly, we saw a group of students (a bus load of them) from UITM university hiking all the way up! How crazy is that? And not even half hour later, it started pouring! Fortunately for us, we had 10 minutes more before we reached the starting point of the hike but its unfortunate for those students though.

Reached back at the starting point at 4:30pm feeling cold, drenched and sweaty ;-)

I hate Mondays!

I hate my job!

To some large extent, I just wanna resign my current job..

Feel like getting a new job with a much higher pay than my current job.. A new job with something new to work around with.. and something new to learn.. something that does not require me to be on call support.. and a job that is not from a manufacturing related company!

I started working at my current job in Oct 2006.. back then the pay was good..

Effective Jan 2008.. "they" removed the monthly allowance...

Effective Jan 2009... "they" removed the annual bonus, "they" removed the annual increment.. "they" removed the half yearly incentive bonus.. and "they" forced us to use up our annual leave.. no more annual leaves? Then it will become unpaid leave! SERIOUSLY WTF !!!!

I'm pissed, fed up, bored and financially much poorer because of my stupid job.. and I really hate that job!!!!

Destiny Calls

2 nights ago, I finally started watching the TV series, Lost, season 5 episode 1. I have only 'accumulated' as far as until episode 6, but due to extreme boredom and with nothing much to do at home.... I ended up watching the first episode of Season 5 :) *clap clap clap - opening ceremony*

So far, I have only covered until episode 2, all I can say is that, this season 5 has a really different story line; very different from Season 1 to Season 4.

Usually, there are lots of flash backs from each main characters who star in this series. However, for this season, there were not many flash backs. Strange enough, episode 1 was really bizarre coz there were lots of time travelling (move the island or move the people within time and space?). *confused*

All I can conclude is that, the first 2 episodes were rather interesting and unique. Can't wait to watch the subsequent episodes :)

If you observe the Lost Season 5 promo photo below, its pretty cool coz the group of people on the left side of it were those who returned to the city (background with tall buildings). Whereas, on the right side, are those people who remained stucked in the island. Ok, I shall not type more *spoilers* :P

Blistering Heat & Blues

Wow, today was an extremely HOT day.. when I mean HOT, I really mean those dry weather with warm air, and the sun blazing hot outside!

Gosh, I napped this afternoon, and woke up with a bad headache (most likely due to the heat!)

I showered without the water heater turned on, but somehow the water was so freaking hot! Not cool enough to bring down the body temperature!

Fortunately it isn't so hot at night, hmm.. probably blasting my room fan to speed #4 was really helpful to get the air circulating, and thankfully, its much cooler right now! *phew*

Monday blues has strucked once again!
Arrrgghhh, I don't wanna go back to work!!!

I was walking around my home garden one evening (31-Jan-2009) when I saw my doggy, Snoopy, quietly enjoying a bowl of bones.

As I walked closer to Snoopy, he became really furious and he thought that I might be there to take away his precious chewable bones.

And so, I decided to record Snoopy on video, to show you guys and gals how furious Snoopy can be when someone or anyone is near his food.

24-Jan-2009 11:34 hours: One of an elderly man from the hiking trip showed me that this was actually a good view for photography. He told me that some foreground was important to give a real good depth of field, in this case, the foregroun would be the rock.

I think he gave me a pretty good advice since the photo does look kinda nice with the rocks at the foreground. :-)

I just got back home from KL/PJ approximately 24 mins ago (11:50pm), got myself a good warm shower and here am I now, writting this post before calling it a night.

I must say that my day trip to KL/PJ had been the best day of the week; even better than my 1st, 2nd, 3rd day of Chinese New Year!

To keep it disclosed, here are the few key words which highlighted my day ^^

Smooth traffic thru Seremban-KL highway, Federal Highway, LDP
First time driving thru BU6 road (not too difficult as I thought)
Kelantan-ese Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng (haven't had this for 2 years ++ already!)
Only 25 mins queue (very long queue) for tickets
Ice which was packed!
I13/I14 seats (suppose to be G3/G4 seats)
Silvertongue, Dustfinger, Capricorn, The Shadow..

Flying Alarm Clock
Necklace with a magnifier! (lol)
Wanted everything but WITHOUT onions / Wanted everything with MORE onions

Home Alone

This is the first time in my life that I am home alone all by my own during the second day of Chinese New Year.

Never before had I experienced a second CNY day alone.
Usually at this time of the festive week, my parents would be at home attending to the guests who were visiting our home.

Well perhaps being alone during second CNY day ain't that bad after all.

A few good key points of being left all alone at home during CNY would be:

Having the whole house to my own
I can rest, sleep and wake up whenever I want
I don't need to attend to guests
I can hide and hibernate in my room all the time in the world

Whoops, sounds like I'm being a bit too selffish! :D

All the more, thank God that my aunt is so kind enough to offer and invite me for dinner (and sometimes lunch) at her home for these few days of the Chinese New Year week.
